Terms and Conditions of Sale:

- On-Site Bidders Only, No Phone Bidding.

- All bidders to be registered prior to all auctions

- All properties sold up to $10,000 must be paid for in full (100% deposit) on the day of sale. Cash, cheque and EFT accepted - No eftpos available.

- 10% Deposit on purchases over $10,000

- The auctioneer may refuse to accept any bid that, in the auctioneer's opinion, is not in the best interests of the seller.

- Occupancy of dwellings unknown. Vacant Possession is the responsibility of the purchaser

Please note that Council are unable to provide any type of map to the properties we currently have advertised. If you wish to view a map of the property, we ask that you visit the NSW Government Mapping System https://maps.six.nsw.gov.au/ where you will be able to use the Lot and DP of the property you wish to view.

Bidding registrations to be completed at our office, online registrations can be organised, ID required. Legal documents pertaining to all lots located within our office and can be emailed.
