Featuring a queen size bed in the master bedroom, bunk in the second bedroom, storage room, open-plan living, kitchen with stove and oven, fridge and air-conditioning, TV, dining table and chairs, lounge, bathroom, balcony and private driveway parking for one vehicle. Please note: Microwave, TV, linen and kitchen utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery are not included for long-term rentals. Electricity is not included. Maximum 2 adults and 1 child on a long-term rental. Maximum one vehicle.

Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers and clotheslines), full size tennis court and barbecue areas (fee).

Rental Conditions: A Long Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent from the applicant. Rental is $525.00 per week, plus electricity. A minimum 4-month stay applies. 2 weeks' rent is to be paid before the commencement of the lease plus a bond equivalent to 3 week's rent. A refundable $100 key and boomgate swipecard deposit (per set) is payable on arrival. Non-Refundable Carpet Cleaning Fee of $110.00 is payable also on arrival.
