The Neverfail & Wyuna Aggregation comprises a substantial sheep & goat breeding holding of approximately 31,746 Hectares (78,444 Acres) which has been extensively developed with exclusion fencing to the entire boundary having been completed in the past 5 years (78km, top netting clipped off with top and wire barb and apron). The property is free from dogs and internal fencing comprises hingejoint (7/90/30) with the property fenced into 7 main paddocks (plus 5 holding paddocks).
The property features 4 bores (3 free flowing & 1 solar) plumbed to over 30 troughs most with tanks. A near new set of Gallagher steel goat/sheep yards (6,000 capacity) is located centrally while the property includes a 10? x 40? 4 bedroom Atco transportable with steel framed flyover roof and 10? x 40? kitchen/meals area.
Extensive Werai Watercourse flood out country (most recently flooded in Jan 2024 ? see photos) with most tracks graded and easy to get around. Mostly soft red loam country with an abundance of grasses throughout, stands of edible mulga and approximately 8000 acres of grey locally flooded country with grasses and salines.
Currently carrying approx. 2,000 dorper ewes plus at least 7,000 goats, the property features excellent cover and would suit a goat/sheep operator or cattle producer with the installation of a set of yards.
