Professionally converted 20 foot High Cube shipping container.
The Conversion is all high quality and was Designed by Graham Mannix and constructed in 2014 by Tony Fleming and is located at 8 Toots Holzheimer Road Evans Landing
The container was used as a home and office so is a fully functioning self-contained unit with a shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer, drawered wardrobe with bunk bed over, fully air-conditioned and it has a large fridge with cupboards over, a microwave, a kitchen sink with overhead cupboards.
The office is a U-shape in one end of the container with a TV point and ADSL line in.
The lining of the container is 50 mm Colorbond polystyrene freezer panels and the Colorbond is 0.55mm thick.
The ceiling panels have a 100mm airspace above to provide a separation from the heat generated by the by the roof and for routing electrical cables.
It has a front covered deck laced with braided cord.
This would be a great extension to your home for your teenagers or additional accommodation for guests.
