We are planning a trip overseas over the months of November and December and we are looking for someone to rent our stunning property at our current rental rate plus bills. This would be a perfect house if you need to be in Brisbane over the summer or want stable accomodation whilst looking for a place to rent/buy in Brisbane for a fraction of the cost of an Airbnb. We are flexible with dates but would be expecting a minimum of 1 month.

The house is fully-equiped, modern with air conditioning in all rooms. It is fully furnished and both child and pet friendly. There is a generous office space downstairs with a treadmill and a standing desk with two large computer screens. We also have another standing desk and two additional computer screens in the garage that could be set up as needed. There is also a great outdoor balcony with a webber barbeque and a large pool, perfect for the Brisbane summer weather.

The house is in a fantastic location, walking distance from both the Hawthorne shops and the Hawthorne Ferry Station with regular ferries into the CBD.
