Try to keep them out, by all means, and enjoy this dreamy home in solitude. Any day can be a different mood, and there are times for reflection or addressing chores. Fancy standing in that driveway, searching for a task to perform. The idea that there is nothing to fix, attend to or maintain will bring frequent satisfaction and maybe a cheeky smile. You admire the height of the bamboo screen out front. Its green succulence is bound firmly in line, wishing only to offer privacy and coolness as it strives to reach further upwards in some gigantic quest. There is also a simple neatness to the curving driveway and its blanket of light, textured stone. A cursory glance behind to a polite length of slim greenery and the starting point of smooth fencing assures no work is required there either. The garage, of course, has not changed at all and sits perfectly, still. Other worlds exist through that gate, but it?s best to stop off at the little area behind that screening, just to see what is happening there. Having a seat you can?t help but admire the total privacy already at call. You decide to make the time to sit there more often as the senses become saturated by the open sky and clumps of green canopy about the property. The inspection is over too quickly. There is still nothing to work on, so you?ll just have to bring a coffee next time. Another screen of private greenage near the home salutes in tight formation, assuring that all is well.

Onwards through the gate, and maybe attention must be needed here. Surely, something is amiss. An oasis postures before you in quiet confidence. Alas, the only tasks here are to prep for a barbeque, or perhaps just sit back in luxury and enjoy the surrounding, zen mood. From the covered area, sitting respectfully and neat is a bench, sink and prep area. Notions of another dinner out here come to mind. Maybe a sunset shower behind the bamboo partition, with sky and tree being the only intrusion? That might be nice.

A brief stop at the studio apartment is always a gift to the spirit. From the petite patio, you look inside, taking in the pleasing lines and height. Exquisitely cut bricks of rocky splashbacks in the kitchen contrast well with the smoothness of polished concrete flooring beyond. Everything is tucked away so neatly, with dishwashing and refrigeration appliances just a sliding door away. You promise yourself not to stay too long, knowing that the wonderful tub nestled out in the bathroom could distract you for quite a while. No time for that, as there are things to do. There must be, surely. Massive drapes fall behind you as you eventually exit.

It's time for some brunch at the house. Looking for something to do in the gardens can wait. Sanctuary is donated by double-sided, gigantic glass sliding doors. Additional help in this regard is available from the massive lengths of block-out and expensive sheer hanging on two separate runners. The open-plan space is inviting and soothing. The high ceiling holds two stainless steel fans extremely comfortably. A stone benchtop and a fresh expanse of sandstone backdrop guide the eye to the kitchen, where a gas stove sits perfectly. More crisp sections of unobtrusive storage hide behind the dividing wall nearby. The lines, drawers and racks are sleek and debonair. And behind there, the main bedroom awaits with drop lights of dimmable silver orbs, a stainless-steel fan, air conditioning, and a patio set amidst more greenery. Right next door is a high-tiled, sumptuous bathroom with another lovely bath. Adjacent to this is a double shower and a natural outlook just outside, as well as a laundry area. Further along, the second bedroom also beckons the natural setting through wide louvres and ample space.

Maybe there are tasks to begin at the block next door. In any case, that?s a sweet enough reason to walk through more gardens along the way. A tidy lawn and the bordering of the fence to the rear draw the eye to a natural panorama. A fire-break border to the property then nothing but protected forests as far as the eye can see. It?s lush, invigorating and wonderful. Still, there is nothing to work on in the gardens surrounding you as you take in the view. Again, all is perfect.

A gate, then a stretch of the legs upon the next block an optional extra to purchase. More automatic watering systems, a huge open space, and all bordered by opulent greenery. Some fruit trees already are offering their bounty, and raised, irrigated garden beds are well-organised and rich and ready to be toiled. One of the structures in one corner is solid on its slab and has a louvred roof that opens at ease. A nice place for a spa or bar, in the near future. More undercover areas, including an ample shed, nestle behind.

A return to the home reminds of everything available;

Well, that settles it then. You may as well grab a book, perhaps a cool refreshment, and enjoy the day. The only real dilemma is that there are so many perfect parts of this home to enjoy.
