This spacious apartment is slap bang in the centre of town at this highly popular Club Tropical Resort. You will literally fall out of the door to find yourself surrounded by all the night life, live music, bars and restaurants that Port Douglas is well known for. This apartment is located in prime position on the ground floor, with the terrace seamlessly leading to the beautiful sunken garden, complete with fountains, water lilies and tropical foliage.
Despite its location it has a private outlook and is not overlooked.
The apartment is located on the quiet side of the resort. Sit back and enjoy a sundowner at dusk or relax here with a book - the tropical lifestyle couldn't be easier.
The upgraded kitchenette comprises double hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer) in the outside terrace area.
There is a King Bed with built in wardrobes. The Bathroom has a corner bath, separate shower and separate toilet with marble finishes.
With regards to electricity and bills. Since the ducted A/C's are run from a central unit, the cost of this electricity is covered by the Body Corporate. The other electricity usage (lights, appliances etc.) is billed separately to each apartment.
