Elders Tasmania are pleased to offer for sale a mature timber plantation accessed from Jeffreys Track, Lachlan.
The property is 302.66 ha and has 13 titles. The plantation area covers 168 ha.
Varieties grown and an estimation of wood volumes are:

E. Regnans 9.3ha 3298m3
P. Radiata 39.7ha 37289m3
E. Globulus 4ha 1562m3
E. Delegatensis 111.4ha 41691m3
All varieties were planted in 1990/91
The plantation offers a mix of sawlog, pulpwood and a large firewood resource.
It is recommended that interested parties undertake their own due diligence.
