Use this property as a base while you are exploring Wyperfield National Park and the regions Silo Art Trial. With town water connected and a functioning toilet and septic you can have a shower and enjoy some mod-cons after your big day out. The property is well fenced and has a plastic rain water tank, garage, remains of a previous house and some 2nd hand building materials. The building all need maintenance and repair but the bones are there if you wish to pull your caravan or camper up and stay for a while. Power isn't connected but it is right out the front.
