Neat and complete caravan with a decked out annex including a separate bathroom/WC. A secluded BBQ area with a small garden shed. Carport or outdoor entertaining area. This property sleeps a max of 6 (2 Adults 4 children) with bunk beds, a double inside the van and a pull out sofa in the annex.
The land is owned by the State and leased on a 99year lease arrangement, you will never own the land. The park fees are $9,657pa or $804.75 per month - This includes shire rates, water rates, water consumption, ground keep, use of park facilities (pool, playground, ablution blocks, BBQ area and common room). Extras will be electricity as used, your own insurance. The lease is yearly for caravan lots with a maximum stay of 180days per calendar year. Dogs are allowed but must be controlled and rules apply in holiday season.

Ledge Point Holiday Park is a place to relax and unwind in the Cray fishing town of Ledge Point.The location is ideal for weekend getaways, midweek escapes, or a stopover en-route to the Pinnacles at Cervantes. At the park there are a number of activities to choose from for the kids, the swimming pool, jumping pillow and pedal Karts. For the 'big' kids, guests have access to the neighbouring Country Club facilities which include golf, tennis, lawn bowls and a bar/restaurant.
