This funky city pad is zoned for short stays. This means you can live in it but only for 16 weeks at a time. So if you live in the country or on a mine site regularly this would be perfect for you. If you're after a pure play investment then (in a very "The Price is Right" voice) Come On Down!
The options here are really endless and it could really work for anyone. Rent it out yourself as an AirBnB, lease it to Nesuto (hotel) to manage it for you (they throw in free accommodation at any of their hotels for 20 nights each year) or get a short term property manager to do the heavy lifting as you sit back and watch your bank balance rise.
The apartment itself is one of the best in the building. Sitting on the top floor (penthouse suite) with a fantastic view of Mt Eliza its; a great place for a weekend away. Make use of the complex facilities including a gym, pool and tennis court. Whilst parking is a mission in the CBD. Here, it's a breeze. You have one allocated undercover and secure car bay. No more arriving at work an hour early just to try and get a free bay. That's worth the price of admission alone!
