This registered rooming house with each room is different but comes with a single or double bed with modern timber frames as well as a desk & chair plus a small book case. There are two huge lounge rooms to share with a large kitchen including fridge, dishwasher and adjoining dining room table with enough room for everyone. There are three bathrooms & three toilets throughout the house as well as a large pantry with individual lockers for each person. The house is completely wheelchair friendly and has a lovely back deck to relax on. It is a must inspect as it is within close proximity to RMIT, Uni Hill & transport.
