Please check the floorplan to see the areas highlighted in green which are yours and fully private - bedroom with built-in-robe and great natural light. Double bed with mattress and bedside table provided. You also have your own private bathroom as per the floorplan, which has a shower over bathtub.
The common areas are:
- Kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle)
- Dining area (with four-seater dining table)
- Lounge area with couch and TV
- Euro laundry (with washer & dryer combo)
- Spacious alfresco and backyard
There is ducted heating and cooling.
You will be sharing the apartment with one other person (male, late 20's, friendly and respectful) - they have their own private bedroom and bathroom.
Bills are not included - they are to be split between you and the other tenant. There is already internet connected.
