That's a crazy good price for that area?! What's the deal?
Alrighty then? so, this one's pretty good. Not as pretty as it could be to be honest, but still good. It's liveable and good to go right now. But just not in the prettiest way.
Built back in the 70s when some bloke sat down to have a cup of tea with an Arnott's Choc Ripple biscuit and thought "imagine if a whole house looked like this?" and then followed through on the idea.
