Use and Occupancy with the Law
? The premises are to be used only for the storage and personal property household goods owned by Tenant. Tenants must not store legally prohibited possessions within sheds. Conditions and Alterations of Premises
? Tenant has examined the premises and hereby accepts them as being in good condition will pay Lessor/Agent promptly for any repairs of caused by Tenants misuse/negligence. The Tenant shall make no alterations/improvements premises.
Vacation of the Unit
? Upon intending to vacate the unit, Tenant must formally give Agent 14 days' notice, in writing, of intended date vacation. If tenant fails Lessor may withhold part/all bond pay for removal/cleaning costs any remaining rubbish/damage. Tenant/s are required sweep out their shed prior vacating.
Abandonment
? Storage Units Rental Agreement is not paid within seven (7) days, the landlord will place a lock on the shed.
