There is sufficient room for the expansion of the orchard with the ability for another 10,000 plus trees to be planted on the property. Irrigation systems have already been installed to accommodate the additional trees.

Towards the southern boundary of the property there is a machinery shed and a pump shed with a filtration unit. On the southern boundary there is approximately 560m of direct river frontage.

The current harvest is expected to return between $150k to $200k per season and with further expansion of the orchard the gross yield could be increased significantly. The fruit of both trees are achieving a market price between $7 and $10 per kilogram.

With the owner downsizing, this is a great opportunity to invest into the horticulture industry and with room for expansion and the demand for fresh fruit always increasing, unknown possibilities exist.
