A firewood company has been logging the area reimbursing the current owners $20/tonne for all timber milled off the property under informal terms.

Boundary & internal fencing comprise a mixture of 3 barb & 2 plain, 4 & 5 barb on steel posts as well as hinge joint with barb on steel posts.

Water is sourced from 5 surface dams and the seasonal Bundill Creek, HD Creek & Keelimore Creek. There are 4 troughs currently connected to a bore located on the adjoining "Bungawirra".

"HD Creek" is listed for sale in conjunction with the adjoining "Bungawirra" with the properties able to be purchased individually or together.
