Seven piggery sheds with 7000 SPU capacity - breeding-to-market. The property had undergone some renovation and has been successfully leased in the past and currently a lease is being negotiated at @120,000 per year for a portion of the piggery. Some work needs to be done to the large shed to ensure the whole piggery can be utilised again. 3 phase power with 100 KVA transformer and 25 KVA diesel generator backup system.

Numerous other sheds around the property for storage and farm use.

Water:

There is ample water with 6 dams, numerous rainwater tanks and a large bore, as well as a 50 ML water licence, all interconnected with 2" underground poly plus pumps and 100 MM underground irrigation system, equipped with six irrigation hydrants. It also has a large effluent dam with two supporting anaerobic dams, floating effluent pump and shed pump.

Farm:

The Cattle property is currently running 90 breeders and with work could either produce the feed for piggery or continue to fatten cattle. With irrigation and pig effluent this number could be substantially increased.
