We offer weekly, monthly or long term rentals at different price points. With all utilities paid for (excluding electricity charges of $0.40 KwH).

In addition, to ensure the safety of our staff, guests and the general public, we are ensuring deep cleans of all common areas twice a day and also daily room cleaning at an additional fee.

Private inspections are offered on a strict basis of 1 on 1 viewing. We ask all guests to please practice caution by avoiding any contact with surfaces.

The property is situated perfectly for any traveler, professional or student. With a bus stop at the front of our building and the local train station and bus interchange a 5 minute walk down the road.

Street parking is available as is undercover parking for an additional $25 per week fee. There is no allowance for pets.

Communal cooking facilities are available on site and regularly cleaned.

A 2 week security deposit is required and 2 week up front (total of 4 weeks payment made on arrival).
