All the stars aligned for our vendor, as we met a buyer wanting an original apartment in the inner-Toowong area. We had plans to re-paint and re-carpet and style it before hitting the market early 2025, but Toowong will be welcoming a young couple into the neighbourhood who plan to complete their own finishing touches during their ownership.
