Here, the whole extended family can swim, paddle, fish, catch crabs..., watch the dolphins go past(every day) ! This very private property is truly unique and is located with it's own licensed jetty on the Serpentine River ! From this site it is 5 minutes to Mandurah's centre and 5 minutes to the Forest Highway's Pinjarra Roads entry and exit ramps. This property is also very commutable from Perth city.

- The property itself is 4 acres in area, has river frontage, and as stated has very own privately licensed jetty. Of the 2 houses on site, 1 is habitable but needs quite a bit of external work...., the other is a 'knockdown shack' - however the shack can be renovated/rebuilt and/or moved. - Houses; the main house has 'good bones'(double brick & tile) colonial style house(3x1). It is certainly liveable but is in need of some external TLC. The 2nd house is pretty much a 'knock down', however, it's still an 'un-condemned' house and as such it can be rebuilt ! It is much easier to rebuild/renovate an existing house than it is to get permission(impossible, according to Murray Shire) to build a totally new 2nd house.
