The master suite is oversized and there is plenty of robe space as well as a separate ensuite for the parents.

For comfort, there is a log look gas heater and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and modern features such as solar panels and hot water are also installed.

Now back to the island! In winter when the water starts to flow, it flows through here, and it is then you can lead your guests across the bridge to your own island to enjoy the BBQ and drink the wine - it is an experience you will not find anywhere else. While the water is not flowing now, we have tons of photos that we can show you and it is largely what makes this home 100% unique.

The large native trees and palms have all been fitted with unique and extensive outdoor feature lighting - night-time here just simply must be experienced so all viewings will try to give you both daytime and evening experiences and for that reason we would love to show you by appointment.
