This includes but is not limited to checking fridge space, laundry facilities, bedroom dimensions, windows, security features, and fencing. 8. If an in-person inspection cannot be conducted, all tenants must agree to and sign a sight-unseen clause, which will form part of the lease agreement.
9. All eligible applications will be presented to the landlord for their consideration prior to lease approval.
