Situated in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, Neileys Lagoon is the home of Natto, a natural Australian Tea Tree oil plantation.
The planation was established in 1993.
The property consists of 672 ha of rich alluvial soils and is considered one of the largest privately owned tea tree plantations in Australia.
Neileys Lagoon is nestled in the Bungawalbin catchment and has an ideal climate for a variety of agricultural activities. The land has 364 ha laser levelled and with 600 mgl of irrigation allocation available.
Improvements include: 30 x 9-metre machinery shed including workshop and office amenities.
12.5 kw solar power system with 50 panels and battery storage.
