"Abbeville" - First Time Offered Since Selected in 1931
Located 27* kilometres southeast of Monto and 75* kilometres north of Eidsvold.
Predominately brigalow and softwood scrub country with gum along the water courses. The property has been fully developed to pastures of creeping blue grass, green panic, Rhodes grass and buffel, prolific stand of styles which is mainly wynn cassia. A large percentage of the property has been contoured. A lot of the soils are red scrub loams, the elevation ranges up to 490* metres with good warm hollows for winter.
