Both would suit a single person. The Studios have a queen-sized bed. Space near the window for sitting with a couple of comfy chairs.
The kitchenette has a small bar fridge and a microwave, suitable for warming food. There is the option of using the shared larger downstairs kitchen for cooking on a larger scale.
The bathroom is spacious with a shower cubicle. The laundry located at the back on the ground floor has machines and dryers for tenant use with a rotary line for outside drying.
The rent per week at the property includes utilities ? power, water and internet.
There is no off-street parking with this room. And it is not suitable for pets.
