What a place for children. So much room to roam and grow. The school bus to Coonabarabran is on the main road. Plenty of room for a couple of ponies or other pets of choice.

Coonabarabran has a population of around 3,500 with major supermarkets and stores, a library, post office, NRMA office and Service NSW office. There is a hospital, pharmacies, dentists, doctors and aged care. It is the closest town to the Siding Spring Observatory, which is home to the 3.9-metre Anglo-Australian Telescope, the largest optical telescope in Australia. There is little to no light pollution ideal for astronomical viewing.

The area is easily accessed from the Newell Highway which is the major road link directly between Melbourne, Victoria and Brisbane, Queensland and cuts across inland New South Wales from the north to the south.

This property is conveniently located 15 minutes from Coonabarabran and 15 minutes from the Warrumbungle National Park.
