most if not all have come to inspect the house, and are expecting modern finishes, or making ridiculous comments that they would need lots of money to redecorate, and would expect a major reduction in price to cater for this. if you are one of these people. please refrain from requesting time for an inspection, because this only wastes both of our time.

the house has been kept in its original condition, because everyone has different tastes with redecorating. If I the owner was to begin to finish each area with a modern look, then it goes without saying, that the price needs to increase to reflect this cost to the seller.
