The property has 2 separate water Channel accesses, to ensure a fresh usable water source even in (salty) drought or (fresh water) wet weather conditions. Adjoining under separate title is a 39Ha Cane Farm, acquired for future expansion.

The primary residence is a brick & tile structure of 175m2. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower & toilet) plus 2 car garage. On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, dining, living-room, kitchen, bathroom and 2nd toilet.

The Main Blast Freezer has a 42m2 freeze capacity to -30c; the Product Storage Freezer of 96m2 to-20c. Ice Room: 28m2. Capable of 7 tons of ice per day.
