Yes it is officially a unit, but this really feels like a home and somewhere nice to live. While there's not too much garden to look after you can duck across the road to enjoy the natural beauty of the Mullum Wetlands. It's then a short stroll along the Rail Trail into 'town'. The Mansfield Golf Club is an easy walk in the other direction, or perhaps you just want to stay at home and enjoy the view of Mt Buller from the new front deck.
The light filled living area features a stylish and efficient wood heater as well as the reverse cycle air-conditioner and a ceiling fan. The updated kitchen boasts a pretty flash stainless steel stove and new dishwasher. The bathroom has also been renovated quite recently. There's a lock up garage but you might find you hardly need a car here as it's such a lovely walk to the shops and you can have your groceries delivered if you are stocking up.
The owners corporation fees are very reasonable and cover your building insurance plus there's a solar system to help reduce your power bills.
