Rental Payments: Rental payments are to be made strictly on a weekly basis via direct debit. Upon commencement of the lease, renters are required to submit a bond equivalent to four weeks rent (total $5600), along with four weeks rent in advance ($5600). Subsequent rental payments will be debited weekly starting one week after the move-in date.
