Over many years the property has installed in us our love of swimming and fishing and generally appreciation of the natural environment. But times have changed and it's now time for us to move on - so we are selling up ! We would hope that another family will buy this very special location and use this 'blank canvas' property to create future memories for children and extended family. Here, the whole extended family can swim, paddle, fish, catch crabs..., watch the dolphins go past(every day) ! This very private property is truly unique and is located with it's own licensed jetty on the Serpentine River ! From this site it is 5 minutes to Mandurah's centre and 5 minutes to the Forest Highway's Pinjarra Roads entry and exit ramps. This property is also very commutable from Perth city.

- The property itself is 4 acres in area, has river frontage, and as stated has very own privately licensed jetty. Of the 2 houses on site, 1 is habitable but needs quite a bit of external work...., the other is a 'knockdown shack' - however the shack can be renovated/rebuilt and/or moved. We are asking for offers of around 1.1 mil - this reflects current block and jetty value only. - There will not be another opportunity like this. Yes, as stated the main house fronting the Serpentine River, is a bit run down but has good bones and is still quite liveable.

- Houses; the main house has 'good bones'(double brick & tile) colonial style house(3x1). It is certainly liveable but is in need of some external TLC. The 2nd house is pretty much a 'knock down', however, it's still an 'un-condemned' house and as such it can be rebuilt ! It is much easier to rebuild/renovate an existing house than it is to get permission(impossible, according to Murray Shire) to build a totally new 2nd house.
