MAXIMUM of 4 people. $650/week PLUS power usage for minimum of 4 weeks, power averages $30/week($4.50/day).

The hotel is in a quiet environment on the fringe of the city, but still within walking distance and close to the esplanade, there are shops and supermarkets close by and many take away outlets just around the corner as well as close to bus stops just over the road on Sheridan street.

Electricity payments are made to reception on a monthly basis, any mail received is securely kept at reception and any packages will be signed for and be ready for your collection from reception when you arrive home.
Wireless unlimited internet is available free of charge
Parking is available onsite for one vehicle, secure complex with security gates that close at night time, CCTV covers majority of complex for your safety and others.

This unit is not suitable for party people or people that have lots of regular daily visitors as it is a hotel and other guests expect peace and quiet and this is enforced after dark with a zero noise tolerance rule so people get a good nights sleep.
