Set on the fringe of town is this large block with a rural outlook. Zoned township this block has no fencing and no services connected but the power and water aren't too far away. There is no sewerage in Woomelang so you would have to install a septic if you were building. The block has dirt road frontage to Railway Cres and it also has a rear lane across the back. Its a great size block with plenty of room to move.
