Lachlan View is a 410 Ha (1013ac) property, which forms part of an aggregation with Kelvin 197 Ha (486ac) and the block known as Constables 100 Ha(247 ac) that is located near the small village of Bedgerabong, just west of Forbes. The properties can be purchased as a whole or separately.

Lachlan View has been set up for 194 ha flood irrigation in the past with a mix of doors and syphons, there is 972 meg general security water license that is pumped from the Lachlan river, the pump is a K & L centrificle pump that is driven by a 6L diesel Gardner engine capable of delivering 20meg/day. The majority of the property is arable with some shelter belts of timber. Property has alluvial river type soils that are renowned along the river flats of the Lachlan river. KELVIN (197 Ha)
Kelvin really is a fodder factory as is has an equipped irrigation bore that runs a 24 Ha (5 span) T & L Centre pivot that is towable between two sites, both bore and pivot are driven by diesel engines. There is 932 units of zone 5 bore water attached to the irrigation bore. Kelvin is made up of fertile red to grey self mulching soil types and is timbered by mainly yellow box showing the true quality of the country.
CONSTABLES (100 Ha)
The block known as Constables has country on both sides of the Bedgerabong Rd, there is over 800 m of Lachlan river frontage. Again the soil type is alluvial river type fertile soils that are renowned in this area and is timbered by mainly river gums and yellow box. . Constables has a non functional unequipped well that could be easily ressirected.
