Rental Conditions: A Long Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that Applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent from the applicant. Rental is $400.00 per week (for maximum of 1 tenant), plus electricity. A minimum 4-month stay applies. 2 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the lease plus a bond equivalent to 3 week's rent. A refundable $100 key and boomgate swipecard deposit is payable on arrival.
