Whilst current Council zoning does not permit any form of residential buildings (Council apparently is in the process of reviewing whether zoning changes are to be made to allow for a residential dwelling), these blocks clean up really well and make a delightful escape. Good deep soil, ideal position for a dam to be constructed, a mixture of regrowth pine and gum trees.
Plenty of great spots for a shed. Fenced on one side already. Kangaroos, Wallabies and lots of beautiful birdlife. 15 minutes East of Stanthorpe township.
