Cleggett Estate rental apartment is a 5 star (air conditioned throughout) fully self contained and fully furnished (Covid safe) 1 bedroom unit with a large kitchen ,dining and lounge area. The rental period is a minimum of 6 months with the option to extend (potentially for a number of years). Most suitable for a single person as there is only parking space for one car (off street).
The property/apartment is between Gisborne and Riddells Creek (7 minutes to each town centre). The spacious bedroom (with a timber queen bed and side tables) has a large flat screen TV, tallboy, walk-in in robe and ensuite, which includes a separate shower, bath, double vanity and separate toilet powder room (see photos) and full laundry. All windows in the cottage are double glazed, with additional insulation/soundproofing in the walls for added privacy. There is access to a full gymnasium, pool table, air hockey, table tennis table (see photos). A tennis court is also available for tenant's use (racquets, tennis balls, basketballs are provided at no cost). BBQ facilities are also available.
Parking is off street and private near the apartment (one car only).
The apartment is fully furnished and electricity and water charges are included in the rent of $440 per week payable fortnightly in advance. Linen can be provided. Laundry of sheets and towels fortnightly is included at no additional charge.
