Garage Access is not Available (enough space for 2 cars in driveway and curb side parking)

No smoking inside the house

No Pets allowed.

No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

INSIDE

As you enter, you are greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space that seamlessly integrates the dining area and the first lounge room. Thoughtfully decorated with coastal and mid-century modern touches, the dining room features a large wooden table, perfect for hosting memorable family dinners, while the lounge room is designed for relaxation, offering numerous movies to watch on the TV.

The first bedroom, complete with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, is located off this lounge room. Each bedroom in the house is furnished with plush linen, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay for all guests.

Moving further into the home, you'll find the heart of Waterside Retreat. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with modern appliances, it's ideal for preparing delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy dining nook, and the second lounge room boasts beautiful views of the water canal, providing a tranquil backdrop for your stay.

From the second lounge room, a hallway leads you to the remaining three bedrooms, the second bathroom, and the laundry room. Each of these light-filled bedrooms is adorned with plush linen and built in wardrobes. The bathroom features a convenient two-way design, and the laundry room is equipped with both a washer and dryer for your convenience.

OUTSIDE

The large grassy backyard is perfect for children to play, while the private jetty provides easy access for boating enthusiasts to hook up their boat after a day of fishing and swimming on the water. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at Waterside Retreat.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
