This cabin features open-plan living, master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with 2-level bunk set and single bed, kitchen with full cooking facilities, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery, saucepans, fridge, air-conditioning, dining table and chairs, lounge, bathroom, balcony and private driveway parking for one vehicle. Electricity is included. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years). Available from 28 January 2025.

Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers and clotheslines), full size tennis court and barbecue areas.

Rental Conditions: A Short Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent provided by the applicant. Rental is $620.00 per week, including electricity and water. A minimum 4 week stay applies. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the stay, plus a $500 cleaning deposit, $100 key and boomgate swipe card deposit and $80 carpet cleaning fee. Extended stays may be available on request, subject to availability and upon application.
