Fully fenced with an equipped bore supplying approx. 550 gallons of water, the house yard is fenced off separately. The block is mostly cleared and would easily run some cows or horses and being zoned white means it could be cleared more if you wished. If you like avocadoes, there are quite a few planted bearing fruit.

Having two road frontages, the main entrance with bitumen road frontage, means you could get into Hipcamp or Airbnb to bring in an income, without having to compromise your privacy.

Baffle Creek facilities include a general store with fuel, hardware with rural & fishing supplies, a post office, takeaway, bar and bottle shop. Coles will deliver to your door. If you decided to move here, the school bus is available for both primary and high school children. Rates are approx. $1,300 per year.
