This is a nice block of land that backs on to Bundamba Creek. For those who still like to talk in acres, it's 2.64 acres. A billabong on the neighbour's property extends on to this acreage lot.
Speaking of billabongs, they form as an offshoot from the main water course after a flood. Yep, this acreage lot floods! Unless your name is Noah and you have a penchant for building arks you probably won't be able to build on it. When we say it floods, we mean the big floods like 1974, 2011, 2022.
You could possibly build a shed on it but you would need to check with council.
If you have horses and want some extra land for agistment this could work quite well. The land is about 6 minutes from the Moggill Ferry so it would be an easy commute from the horsey district across the river.
