A ? There is no car access to Couran Cove. Bring your own bikes, or scooters. It is possible on under certain situations to obtain approval by the Body Corporate for a Golf Buggy.

Q- DO WE STILL HAVE TO PAY BODY CORPORATE FEES EVEN WITHOUT SERVICES PROVIDED?

A- Even without services, body corporate fees are still required to be paid as there are various expenses such as insurance, maintenance, legal expenses and body corporate management fees that need to be covered.
