At the rear of the caravan you have a 3m x 2.5m shed which has a toilet, laundry and shower to freshen up and wash all the salt off from lazing on the beach, plus an 8m x 4m garage, where you can store all your water accessories eg; boats, canoes, surfboards and paddle boards. You could also place a couple of bunks at one end for all of the extended family's children who will want to stay down there in the holidays and weekends.
The small rural township of Nubeena is just a short 10 minute drive away.
With the Tasman Peninsula offering a vast choice of outdoor activities, and bushwalking track's some of the most picturesque you will see, to great fishing Tassie Rock Lobster being at the top of the list sought after by many amateur fisherpersons, world renowned big wave spot Shipstern Bluff, which you walk past on one of those fantastic bushwalks to Cape Raoul.
