Take a look at this from the outside. It's so pretty, it's basically a yes already. But get to know it and it's an absolute definite 100% yes!
So I can go on and on about how nice this place is and what is where, but I'll let you explore that on the floor plan. It's marvellous how well it all works.
Here's the story. We've got two levels of exceptional family living here.
Let's start upstairs. This is where most of the day-to-day living goes on. We've got a brilliant kitchen with so much workspace and great storage. It overlooks the main living area and out to the alfresco too. It's an open plan design that's big on mingling. It creates a very warm and inviting atmosphere where it just feels like everyone can have their space but be together. The alfresco is huge and takes in the view towards the hills and captures the lovely evening sunsets.
The main bedroom is up here and it's a wonderful space with that beautiful ensuite bathroom and large walk in wardrobe. The study is well positioned, and being adjacent to the master bedroom, it can be a fifth bedroom or nursery if need be.
There's more to explore but you can see it when you come here for yourself, because we need to head downstairs. Actually speaking of stairs, there's a whole lot of storage under them. And plenty throughout the home.
This downstairs area is a great design. It has its own living zone. A very comfortable area with plenty of room for whoever calls this part of the place their space. The three bedrooms are all of a great size, and there's a separate bathroom and even a kitchenette. It's incredibly practical for that teen/young adult/getting-too-old-to-live-here-but-still-here adult arrangement but because of the upstairs design it's still family living at its very best.
Outside
The garage is massive, you can see it on the floor plan, it's longer and wider than normal at 7.6.8. There's a whole lot of parking at the back of it too, with an additional 9x7.4 metres for the trailer, other car, other whatever takes up space in the main garage. Superb!
There's no end to the appeal of all of this and inspection of it will only remind you of how ineffective photos and words are at describing a home.
WHERE IT IS
The Old part of Byford. For the record, that's the bit that everyone loves. It's got that old country town kind of look. Mainly because it was an a country town. It's a great spot to live, where you can walk in just a few minutes to the primary school around the corner and you can wander up to the caf?'s and shops down the street. It's a tremendous place to call home.
