Built for holidays and easy living, the whole surroundings are there just for you. set in lush surroundings with a play ground at the rear consisting an enormous salt pool a gymnasium, tennis court, BBQ station and a super cool African style hut for a few Quiet ones.
Staying at home you have easy care timber flooring to the spacious lounge dining area, flowing to just the rear court yard, cos we have another at the front too, or back inside you can enjoy the heart of it all, the kitchen, enjoying heaps of cupboard space, and a big U shaped bench top to spread out your spread ready for guests and family to devour or the other side having a double sink.
Moving to the bedrooms we have 2 both, with a wall of robes and both enjoy the garden outlook in to the back yard.
On your way to the pool you'll pass the secure carpark which in turn opens a secure gate to miles of walking paths around Herdsman Nature Reserve, or wander the other way to the best Growers Market in Perth, "The Herdsman".
If you're off to the shops, Floreat Forum is down one way, the 24/7, IGA, on Cambridge Street and Innaloo the other side of the lake. The circle bus route will take you all around the city and the bus at the door to the rail lines.
