The land has an area of 63.81ha and was logged o few years back with quite a lot of natural regeneration now taking place. There is around 13ha of forest still standing which is protecting several streams that pass through the land eventually feeding the Mathinna Falls. There are outstanding views of Mount Albert from the block. Access along Dilgers Hill Road allows for good all weather access to the property.
