Located in the Boomerang Way Tourist Park, this permanent residence is only located approximately 500m from the CBD of Tocumwal and the mighty Murray River. The cabin has been recently refurbished, and offers separate lounge area with NBN connected. The kitchen/meals is quite contemporary and comprises gas stove, microwave space and ample storage, there is even a built in washing machine. The bathroom offers separate shower, vanity and toilet. There is a bedroom with TV bracket mounted to the wall, and study that could be utilised as a bedroom if needed. This cabin is for permanent living and cannot be used as a holiday home. It must be your principal place of residence.

The Boomerang Way tourist park is an idyllic holiday park and features a gorgeous atmosphere with 12 acres of large grassy sites and well established gum trees and shrubs. Facilities include a beautiful swimming pool which is essential in the middle of summer, BBQ area, play ground and giant chess board game.

- Site fees are $120.00 per week including water

- Electricity is "pay for what you use" they do a reading every 3 months and invoice

- Gas, internet and Landline; if required the homeowner is to organise & pay directly with provider

- All permanent residents must be minimum of 50 years age

- Permanent residents are not allowed to keep pets

- Any changes to exterior of the property must be approved in first instance with the Park Manager; however if structural, may also require Council approval.

- Residence and all buildings must not occupy more than 60% of the land ( if buying an existing property that was previously approved by council the existing property can stay)
