This is without a doubt one of the nicest homes I've seen in the area. Houses are everywhere, but homes seem to be rarer. Built just seven years ago, this three bedroom, two bathroom villa is absolutely marvellous.
It's a great layout. You can see it for yourself in the floor plan, but seeing it in person is even more impressive. This design is excellent. The main living area is the hub of life in this home. The kitchen overlooks the living space and the meals area. It's super practical, and this whole design is so very cohesive.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar design and provides fantastic storage with big overhead cupboards and quality cabinetry throughout. We're cooking with gas with the five burner cooktop and the power to cater for the crowd with the electric oven.
Indoor and outdoor living are one and the same and all mixed together with the lovely alfresco and deck area. It's tremendously liveable.
The master bedroom is a good size and features built-in robes and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a great big double shower.
The secondary bedrooms are at the other end of the house, and both are of an excellent size, with big built in wardrobes making them very workable.
The main bathroom is beautiful, with floor to ceiling tiles, a big corner bath. It is another highlight in this house that is full of highlights.
In addition to that we also have ducted air conditioning throughout the home, a big double garage with extra height for those larger vehicles, and even an attic space with a ladder that drops down to provide even more storage.
