For those who aren't in the know, Forest Park Road is a quiet cul-de-sac hidden away from the sounds of the highway and railway.

The homes are well established and of good quality and all the services are underground which mean there are no messy overhead lines to spoil the aesthetic.

The block sizes on Forest Park Road are larger than average too, and number four is no exception at 1181M2.

Set in all this bucolic bliss is 4 Forest Park Road, looking modest from the street, this home looks for all the world to be your average brick home, slightly angled on the block, the main give away to what lies inside is the 10.1KW Solar System sitting on the roof.

Step inside and the wow factor is stunning.
